Growing Stronger in Faith During Trying Times

We rarely choose the seasons that grow us. The trial we would never have signed up for is often the very classroom in which our faith finally learns to stand.

Strong faith is not the absence of doubt. It is doubt that keeps showing up to pray anyway. It is the trembling hand that opens the Bible one more time, the whispered prayer through tears, the choice to worship before the answer arrives.

If you are in a hard season, do not measure your faith by how loudly you can sing. Measure it by the fact that you are still here, still listening, still leaning in.
